For Guild Wars 2 on the PC, a GameFAQs message board topic titled "level 80 Warrior exotic gear: Knight or Berserker set?". If you just started; sure, every zone is scaled, but your gear will make things pretty difficult, by doing some calculations, you will need around 200 k Karma to get a decent set of lvl 80 Exotic gear, or just grind level 80 zones/ dungeons and hope for the best. I personally would use the booster after you have played a character from 1 to 80. Put down your earth storm/aoe. when they come to you, do the dip below earth so they get hit by aoe at your location. Then use the water twirl or the earth thump to cc all of them. Then they should be dead. They squishy just like us xD. ChmSteki • 3 yr. ago. Celestial exotic gear is a great starting point for necromancer, guardian, ranger, and revenant in the open world and acquiring specialized gear for when you try raids isn't going to be a grind. The boosted gear isn't even compatible with gem store upgrade extractors. Never ever slot expensive / account bound grind runes into boosted gear. Gearing a fresh 80 By Statikkzz.1297 February 4, 2022 in Players Helping Players Share Followers Statikkzz.1297 Members 19 Posted February 4, 2022 I am almost level 80 and wanting some guidance on what I should be doing to best gear up once I get there and things I should be doing once 80 🙂 Wolfb.7025 Members 596 Posted February 4, 2022 Just like ascended equipment, all equipment at this tier requires level 80 and will not become soul-bound when used on a character but become account-bound instead. Level 80 exotic equipment . Exotic equipment with a level requirement of 80 offers slightly lower stats (~5% difference) than ascended equipment but is more readily obtainable. If you’re in a guild with a developed guild hall, get the WVW Reward Track Boost from the guild hall bartender. PVP Reward Track Armor. The Glorious armor set is only available from the PVP Glorious Reward Track. This level 80 Exotic armor is stat-selectable, with Berserker’s as one of the available stats. I've been playing Guild Wars 2 for many years, and it took me a long time to will a character to level 80. I have a level 80 Scrapper and now I'm not sure what I'm supposed to be doing. I don't really know where to get better gear, where to find people for dungeons or what dungeons I'm supposed to do. I doubt I'm geared/optimized enough for ARUTs.
